REQUEST FOR Proposals (RFP) No. 2016-SUB-008

Warehouse Racking System and Machines for the Independent Elections Commission (IEC)

The Jordan Rule of Law Project (ROLP) is funded by The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and implemented by Tetra Tech International, Inc. The purpose of ROLP is to support Jordanian efforts to enhance government accountability to citizens; strengthen the rule of law to better protect human and legal rights; and increase the effectiveness of civil society and private sector organizations to advocate for their interests, provide services to their members, and participate in governing processes. This program will support civil society and private sector efforts to demand greater assurances from their government with regard to those protections and accountability.

ROLP is soliciting offers for the procurement of Warehousing Commodities for the Independent Elections Commission’s warehouses located in Sahab, Amman, Jordan. The commodities to be procured including warehouse racking systems, pallet wrapping machine, and vacuum wrapping machine with shrink tunnel.

Interested vendors are requested to register immediately in order to receive the Request for Proposal (RFP) for these services.  Your registration will also entitle you to receive notices and clarifications related to this RFP, should such additional information be needed.

A site tour of the Independent Elections Commission’s warehouses for all interested vendors will be conducted on Sunday, January 29, 2017 at 11:00 am. Information on how to attend is included in the RFP.

Subsequent inquiries and/or requests for clarifications related to this RFP must be made in writing via e-mail to [email protected]  with the subject " RFP No. 2016-SUB-008".  Telephone calls will not be entertained.

Deadline to receive proposals is 4:00PM (Jordan Local Time); on Wednesday, February 22, 2017.  Proposals received after the closing time and date will not be considered.
